George was excellent throughout – would highly recommend.Although I did not hire George to complete the whole job (as someone in my family is a bricklayer) he was instrumental in completing the build.A few points to demonstrate:- Fair and transparent quote (which was stuck to);- Flexible throughout delays caused by me (planning, etc.);- Supportive (advice on what he would do if he was running whole job);- Professional (including team).I will use him again.

Garage renovation and new roof Conversions – General
GDM have been a fantastic partner for my garage renovation and brand new bathroom during July – September 2020. The garage needed rebuilding as it had not been looked after for 30 years, and the bathroom needed a complete rip out and refurbishment. For both jobs Brian and George helped me with the design and told me what was possible, investing a lot of support before we’d even agreed a contract to help me make things work within my budget. Of all the quotes I received, GDM gave me the most thorough breakdown and took me through it line by line. Throughout both jobs I was kept fully informed regarding progress, costs and timescales, and where things didn’t go quite to plan GDM always provided me with options and solutions keeping my budget in mind. One of the biggest benefits was that the team working on both projects were absolute gentleman – all of them are very lovely kind people who I felt very comfortable with in and around my home and who built great rapport with me (and my kitten who will miss them!). They also worked on both projects during our slow release out of lockdown which naturally brought some challenges, but the team were safe and professional the entire time, always cleaning up and respecting my space. I really love my new bathroom which looks like a designer show room. I’ve worked with GDM for approximately 2 months now in total, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I will definitely use them for future jobs, big and small.

Alterations to an existing rear extension Conversions – General
Highly recommend George and his team. Great attention to detail, professional, and reliable. The build ran smoothly, with no issues. He has an approachable manor and happily discusses the work carried on site, so that you are really involved in your project. The small number of unforeseen items that did come up, George had a number of positive solutions to overcome. We hope to work with him again in the near future.

Full refurb of 1-bed ground floor flat Restoration & Refurbishment
When I posted the job on here a number of people responded and came to give a quote. Brian responded quickly and his quote was the most competitive. He was very approachable and helpful and I felt he had a strong natural understanding of what I was looking for in the project. His team were available to start quickly, and George, Mathias, Nando and all the others were a pleasure to deal with – very helpful, respectful and friendly. Costs were kept down and the original budget stuck to. When I wanted additional tasks doing, Brian gave me reasonable quotes and was happy to add those items on to the project. He also gave me helpful advice and recommendations for other people/firms where what I was asking for fell outside of GDM, specialisms. There were some setbacks, due largely to difficulties surrounding various lockdowns, and a family bereavement of one of the main workers, but these difficulties were overcome and the project completed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Atrium and will use again if I have further work to be done.

Creation of storage space, and updated bathroom Carpentry
Thanks to George and his team, they have created a small storage facility in my home. I am really pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail, whilst ensuring that my requirements & constant questions were met. GDM will be back in October to upgrade/replace my bathroom, and other small jobs. Thanks again GDM

Floor tiles urgently needed Tiling
I am sooo pleased with my floor tiling done by this company they look perfect and very professional I only had them done today and all my mates are eager to get the same flooring done, great price for the quality of service I received and will definitely be using them again if I need any other rooms done
